We keep this simple, because that's how we do everything.

What we collect

When you fill out the fit questionnaire, book a call, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number if you share it, and your answers about your family's situation.

Why we collect it

To figure out if we can help you, to run your consultation, and to follow up with you. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your personal information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent — with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing, advertising, or lead-generation purposes. Text-messaging consent is never shared with third parties. Nobody sees what you tell us about your family except the people doing this work.

Where it lives

Your information is stored with the services we use to run the business: Google Workspace, Calendly, and Stripe if you make a payment. Each has its own safeguards and privacy policy.

What you tell us on calls

What you share about your family stays between us. If we ever want to use your story publicly — even without your name — we ask first.

Email

If you give us your email, we may write to you about your consultation or the program. Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and opt in, we may text you about your consultation or the program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation.

Your rights

Ask us any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email will@trajectoryforge.com or call/text (480) 447-7570 and we will handle it within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The embedded Calendly booking form sets its own cookies and shows its own consent notice, governed by Calendly's privacy policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
