Plain terms, plainly stated. By using this website, scheduling a consultation, purchasing services, or participating in any Trajectory Forge program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

What this is

Trajectory Forge is a coaching and educational program for parents of stalled or disengaged adult sons. We work with you—the parent—on the environment you control: what you provide, what you require, and what changes.

Our services may include consultations, coaching calls, educational materials, courses, written resources, recordings, templates, and online community discussions.

Our client is the parent or guardian. We are not providing services to your adult son unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

What this is not

Trajectory Forge provides coaching and education only.

We are not providing:

Neither Trajectory Forge nor its representatives are acting as licensed mental-health providers through these services.

Nothing provided through our website, programs, materials, consultations, recordings, emails, text messages, or community discussions should be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

If you or a family member is experiencing a medical emergency, mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, risk of self-harm, risk of harm to others, or any emergency situation, contact emergency services immediately before relying on our services.

No guarantees

Every family is different.

We share principles, strategies, observations, and recommendations based on our experience working with families facing similar challenges.

However, we do not guarantee:

Your family's results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your decisions, your son's decisions, family circumstances, and external factors.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

By purchasing services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Consultations and coaching

Your first consultation hour is free. Any additional free time, including a second free hour, is offered at our sole discretion.

Any additional consultations, coaching services, programs, memberships, or packages will be billed at the rates displayed on our website or otherwise agreed to before purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service where we believe our services are not a good fit.

Payment

All fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed to in writing.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

Refund policy

Because coaching and educational services involve the delivery of time, expertise, and intellectual property, refunds are limited.

If you are dissatisfied after your first paid coaching session, notify us within seven (7) calendar days of that session and we will refund the cost of that individual session.

Beyond that, all purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Trajectory Forge may, at its sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances.

Scheduling and missed appointments

Please provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered delivered and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Recordings and AI tools

Sessions may be recorded for note-taking, quality assurance, training, documentation, or service delivery purposes.

We may utilize third-party technologies including but not limited to:

By participating in services, you consent to the processing of information through these systems.

Recordings are used to deliver and improve our services to you. We do not sell your recordings or use them to train public AI models.

We will take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Intellectual property

All Trajectory Forge materials remain our property.

This includes:

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal family use.

You may not:

our materials without written permission.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not intentionally share your personal information except:

Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

If we terminate services without cause, unused prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trajectory Forge and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Trajectory Forge during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You remain solely responsible for decisions made within your household and for the actions of yourself and your family members.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of this website, or any services provided by Trajectory Forge shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
